Leaders, Supporters and Followers

Leaders have Supporters and Followers. They cannot be Leaders if they don’t have Supporters or Followers. It’s not easy being a Leader. Those who work for a Leader can one day turn against him. Supporters are smarter than Followers. They support a Leader based on issues and will withdraw support if they disagree on an issue. Followers tend to accept the Leaders view on every issue. They find it difficult to oppose their Leader even when their Leader makes a mistake. Too many followers can create a dangerous situation. It would be better if there were more supporters and fewer followers.
