chaotic maybe but it's nice to note the absence of the huge SUVs that are so common over here, they take up too much space everywhere they go! try parking beside one of them in a parking garage and you can't even squeeze out of your own car... :))
but then we have so many motorcycles & scooters darting in & out. :))
